Chandra is a Florida native whose passion is protecting the rights of  individuals. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on he complex legal, real estate, and investment issues facing her clients in this economy. Previous work experience includes a National Real Estate Company listed on the NYSE,  a National Franchisor,  a Washington  DC-based Non-Profit Investor Rights Organization, a Securities Arbitration Law Firm, and positions as an Employee Benefits Management  Director, and a National Futures Arbitrator. She has had her real estate license since 1987, and was licensed as an investment advisor and  insurance agent before going to law school. In 2001, she opened her own law firm and now serves clients throughout South Florida to find  creative alternative solutions, such as business divestitures, mergers,  short sales, deeds in lieu & cash for keys. She is skilled civil  litigator with a focus on financial fraud in real estate, community associations, bankruptcy, and closely held corporations. Co-Counseling  and appellate representation available.
